Good for converting video clips that wont use certain programs, for example Windows Media Player.
Works completely differently from previous version.
I hate learning curves. I was thrilled with Videopad for Windows 7, but that doesnt work with Win 8. Maybe they improved this program, but I cant utilize it. Ive tried his or her video training along with going on Youtube, but I cant figure it out. Old version was easy: you may drag the recording onto its field, go through the beginning arrow, click on the ending arrow, push the down arrow, then go again until finished. Im told that isnt the best way its meant to work, nonetheless it did the work for me. Now, you have for being a film editor so it will be work. Hey NCH, cant you simply release a version that works well like the old one, but conditions Win 8?

Easy upload for car stereo files, excellent effects library for transitions, and straightforward to use like a beginner.
audio lag when uploading video from webcam, in case fine-tuning should be used, then it isn't so easy to work with.
The only reason it receives a three instead of an four-star rating is simply because the finished product for just a project utilizing a webcam arrived on the scene pixelated, choppy, and outside of synch. Otherwise, if deploying it for basic editing of home videos, its a fantastic program.
Has a built-in music library, only accessible when bought
Has to individually convert each file, that is very slow and inefficient.
Sometimes photos will simply appear for just a split second, then turn black or change to a higher slide, regardless of what duration has become set.

the best with the free software, period.
it has every one of the functions let me ever need, including adding filter effects business developers. many filters works with Virtualdub are compatible with that one.
good rendering quality in AVI format.

WMV is really a format created by microsoft. Videos rendered in WMV have a tendency to lose a great bit of their quality anyway, whatever editor you have.

Its not great. It has its problems but its the top/easiest freeware i've discovered. have tried many.

It don, t act as promised by any means. It find the video clips, but struggles to edit.
This software program is waste of time to download. Period!

Video conversion will not work!
There are NO GOOD POINTS because it will not work!
Does not work in any respect. The video section will not work, and that is very bad because the software packages are supposed to get a video editor.
Online format conversion could possibly be good in principle but leaves a lot being desired used.
The version I reviewed is 2.41. If the current version is 2.41, DO NOT download it because it will probably be a waste of energy. Again, quite sure DOES NOT WORK.

Ease of usage, All required features to create an expert video exist.
None that I could perceive.
Works comparable to Windows Movie Maker, which I have been using approximately 5 years, but have to stop using since it keeps crashing and it is too unreliable. I don't realize how I deal with it with this long. I think I am a bit too patient sometimes. Has the many features of WMM, and a few extras like two sound/narration bars, which I think Ill find useful.
Installed a toolbar which I didnt want, in all fairness, thats because I didnt tick the lamp not to handle the installation. Because I was in a very hurry to put in. Still hate toolbars though. Other than that, I dont really go to whichever cons as of this time. Great little program - - think Ill be upgrading if this hasnt annoyed me at the end of a fortnight.
I am a Windows Movie Maker guy, lol. But really, thats all I need/want. Problem is, WMM crashes 90% from the time and will be tried for crimes against humanity and burned. Ive lost a LOT of work together with WMM. I just wanted something similar that actually WORKS. I downloaded a heap of stuff, but I didnt like nothin. I didnt even seek to download anything expensive. I wont put it to use enough. VideoPad, however, works quite much like WMM, except this task WORKS and doesnt crash, freeze or else break down. I was competent to intuitively find my way around everything. I think this software packages are amazing. I will probably be upgrading if, after two weeks, I experience no major crashes or similar problems. I have no worries paying with this software. I have downloaded other softwares, but they also have limited functionality, and I am not putting money recorded on something I cant test. So, appears to be VideoPad is going to have my money for not annoying me - - as well as for being reasonable.
