This is bogus information. As one would expect through the instructions, this will make an ISO containing an ISO, which doesn't result in the USB drive that's bootable given it only provides the original ISO. The people saying this worked on their behalf either posted that before they saw the resulting USB drive, or they re fake posts.

Hello there. I had upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I had fun but the pc was slow so I needed to shift back in Windows 7. I tried creating a bootable USB device for Windows 7 from my current windows using Windows USB/DVD tool. But I encountered the identical problem over and over that my Windows iso file isn't valid.
