That was pretty useless. The point is to check the PRODUCT, not the federal government.
Doesnt edit standard industry electronic devices codecs, like MP4 or MOV and the like. Basically you may use a WMV, MPG, MP2 or AVI clip or you may suck it.
Adding a title screen or subtitles is frustrating if you might have a certain idea planned.
No options to add the harder widely used codecs.
I wouldnt recommend the program unless that you are actually capturing film with movie maker. Any other program or hardware gives you the wrong codec therefor rendering it impossible to edit the clip. And I do NOT recommend downloading codecs. Leave which could of worms alone.
