I experienced a similar problem. I cant unistall Webroot properly and I cant install a different security. When I unistalled, Windows didnt be effective. I installed revounistaller and thnere i saw all of the hidden files of webroot and surely could delete these people. and have absolutely installed a different antivirus. good riddance. and im not also a tech savy whatsoever.

The issue Im having is the fact that its saying Webroot remains running and that I ought to turn them back before I can delete it.
