A Kids Review on November 26, 2006
In school we had been learning the way to type, and used type to know 3. This method is brilliant. It explains how to type, enables you to get employed to new keys, and challenges you the better at typing you receive. Im now one of the better typers within my school! This is usually a MUST buy!!!

This strategy is better than average in providing a developmentally sound sequence. Like the others it doesnt allow a decision to go back and employ a letter sequence time and time again to mastery, the sequences are likely to be too short for growth of good motor habits, and also the rhythm is generally interrupted by game-like sound and graphics. Less than half some time spent with all the program is actual keyboarding practice. May be superior to nothing, according to the individual users capacity to bridge the interruptions and spend enough meaningful time practicing. Kids definitely need continual adult supervision to keep up correct posture and fingering.

Product is wonderful and CAN be manufactured to use Windows 7 Vista with only one extra step! This also works well with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit! All I did was install normally after which copy the Res directory and it is contents on the install disk in to the C:TTL3Home directory on my own hard-disk. Do NOT customize the program location or Sunburst name/folder during install to anywhere or another type. Then program works properly. I do acquire some jitter inside the sound and yes it occassionally freezes just push something plus it unfreezes- thats the explanation for 4 stars as opposed to 5 but the program is over a few years old whilst still being worthwhile. Anyway, your children dont care - it really works and is really a fun program they enjoy using and hardly notice they're learning. I found this fix about the Sunburst Tech support link and in addition when I Googled the Type to Learn 3 Splash. HUGE as a result of Mike DeRouse for his determination and discovering this fix! Also, there are two newer versions at the same time, the Learn to Type 3 V1.2s supposedly fixes the Vista/Windows 7 install glitches and Learn to Type 4 completely new game/tutorial theme. Both are expected to work without worrying about extra install step. Finally, it comes with an online only version 4.

I used farmville first when I is at fifth grade and I loved it. It really taught me to be with typing, I still need more practice but they can do 45 words each and every minute. I bought recently for my siblings to allow them to learn the way to type plus they love it. It DOES be employed by Windows 7 and Windows 8. I thought it wouldnt be employed by WINDOWS 7 but I develop the Windows 7 ultimate in my computer and much more I downloaded the Windows XP mode with means that you can have windows XP fitted 7 so that you can play old games and Pinball! you have to have a Windows 7:proffesional, enterprise or ultimate windows system though. After I downloaded the Windows XP mode I bought the experience and runned it. it absolutely was slow but got irritated so I launched it with windows 7 to try it out also it worked faster and ideal. I have a windows 8 laptop and thought we would give that your go plus it was faster than windows 7!! So for all of us who say it doesnt assist Windows 7 and 8 you should be missing some applications, drives or something like that because it does work with Windows 7 and 8: The game is silly and fun but it really teaches everything comprehend typing. You go through no less than 20 lessons and learn 2-4 new keys each lesson. After your through with your lesson you play 4 typing games that happen to be educational and entertaining. Super easy to make use of I hope my review helped:

I will return the copy that I bought utilized to the vendor. After installation, it had the big mistake message Fatal Error: Failed to open DAT file Splash. When I contacted Tech Support, the course notes said that I have to have an older version, not suitable for Microsoft Vista. The label says, v1.0h. Copyright 2002. System requirements on Amazon specified Windows 95 and better. Type to Learn 3 Single Edit

My kids make use of this product to know to type in class, nonetheless they only practice it once per week to get a 1/2 hour, not consistent enough to really figure out how to type fluently. I bought this home version plus it does seemingly everything the college version does. Both kids spend about 10-20 minutes a day about it, its fun as well as its teaching them fluency in typing.

I gave this system four stars because it is often a fun program for keyboarding practice for the student who's already received some beginning keyboarding instruction from another source. Our son enjoys the secrets agent environment plus the activities are entertaining. I like how the student will practice typing real words and not exercises that will make no sense, and I like that this course has them practice complete sentences. My favorite feature of this program is the power to enter custom content with the student to apply. That could be the main reason I purchased it - I want our son to train typing in a very program that may be fun, and to employ the dictation sentences that accompany the spelling program were using, and being able to make these dictation sentences part of this system is really helpful. I dont regret this purchase as it meets our needs.
However I would recommend skipping lessons A and B. They are expected to be the young lessons, however they really dont seem sensible. In lesson A, from a pretty useless tell you each letter in the alphabet without real keystroke practice, students goes on to those things, who go straight into typing short words, after which shifting to capital letters, and typing complete sentences. There is no explanation or practice on combining keystrokes into words - just here, type these words. This is usually really frustrating for any student who's got not had any real practice with keystrokes. It would be also frustrating for any student who may have only just started to read and is particularly not yet fluent enough to quickly process a thing, because they've got to undertake it pretty quickly. The difficulty in the words that really must be typed increases rapidly. Read more

My son age 12 enjoys the typing skill practice, graphics, and pacing, but anytime he plays, this course freezes at the conclusion of each lesson. He has to shut down this system and restart if he desires to do many lesson. I don't realize if it can be a problem on my own disc I purchased it used or if it is often a programming problem.

The Ibanez Artcore Expressionist AG95 full-hollow classical guitar gives you a wonderful guitar at reasonable prices. You also obtain the quality and tone you expect from Ibanez, playing the guitar company with four decades of experience making full and semi-acoustic guitars.
Unlike many so-called full-hollow guitars from the more affordable rates that feature soundblocks, Ibanez Artcore full-acoustic guitars are truly full-hollow. The figured bubinga AG95 guitar is crafted using a 3-piece maple/mahogany neck for added stability and strength. Super 58 pickups give you the smooth, nuanced tones plus the biting growl of blues.
Smaller than traditional full-hollow bodies with topnotch articulation and playability.

My AG95 arrived yesterday. Heres my review:
First, the look from the bit as nice and beautiful because the photos I had seen online. I was somewhat concerned considering that the type of wood bubinga differs from piece to piece. I was extremely pleased with the wood grain as well as the finish. The pickguard reflects the bubinga grain for a excellent touch.
Second, slightly disappointment using the tailpiece. Every photo that I had seen showed your guitar with what were a wood or wood insert tailpiece. In my photos, you are able to see that it is really an all metal wire-type tailpiece. I got over that pretty quickly when I started to play it.
Another change that, I think was positive is the pickups are seated in black plastic as an alternative to white. This was one in the troubling stuff that I had using the images that I had seen online. The seats are partially covered by the pickguard creating an unusal try looking in white. The black seats blend right in with all the noticeable whatsoever.
Initially, I was disappointed with all the sound through my Fender evil Twin. It was harsh no warmth. It played perfectly, though. As good as any instrument that I have owned inside my 50 years of playing. Once the small strip of thin packing foam involving the wood bridge along with the body was removed, suddenly the warmth and roundness of tone were apparent.
Overall, I am happy with this purchase. It did and may inspire me!

I was disappointed using the amount of worksetup needed. Upper neck had twist and fret work over the twelve fret was was bad. Strings were buried within the nut. Bridge needed leveling. This guitar needed much more QC to become offered to everyone. After the repair and hang up playing the guitar plays fine. At the sale price your guitar is sill a great deal.

I bought this guitar a short while ago and simply couldn't get it to be tune. I took it back and M6000 said there seemed to be nothing wrong along with it. I made a decision to just place it away as an alternative to fight with all the music store. I have already been playing electric to get a few years now and took it back out from the case, new strings etc. I stretched the strings and then have problems by using it staying in tune. I will not have these complaints with my Strat or Les Paul.
Bottom Line No, I won't recommend this to your friend

After ordering 3 various guitars that had minor problems, I bought this beautiful guitar and it also is incredible. The sound and feel in this guitar is actually a piece of artwork. If you are undecided, dont hesitate and acquire one before they discontinue this model.

Better than I expected, flawless!
Very nice right out from the box. The finish and hang up up perfect. The more its acted more it gets set. The tone is awesome and it also plays like butter. I own 13 stringed instruments this also Ibanez is among the best. I was hoping the main one sent in my opinion would hold the steel trapeze and black pickup ! I have another jazz box that I are already upgrading with quality hardware but, it cant hold a candle for this guitar. I adore it! Any guitar needs to enjoy the environment and adapt to humidity, temperature etc. After being played awhile a string change and new build does wonders. Play on I say.

I just purchased the Ibanez AG95 and love the tones too as the feeling. Although Im an amateur I anticipate getting better in this little Ibanez guitars also own a Gibson les paul, as well like a few epiphone semi hollowbody at the same time as fullbody and acoustic.

Ive had this guitar approximately four months now and I like it as much since the day I got it. Its an aspiration to play also it sounds great whether youre playing soft jazz or crank in the distortion for many mean rock 'n roll. Its organized perfectly at as hard as I act. Honestly, it is like playing a 2, 000 Gibson or something like that. Well really worth money, not forgetting I feel as if a stud playing this gorgeous piece of content. I would strongly suggest buying this guitar.

Used-condition 2? Actually Excelent!
Bought the AG95 to experiment with while camping. I needed a guitar having a sound box as well as an electric neck that I could play without getting plugged in. This is adequate without breaking your banker. I, m accustomed to playing rides bending strings etc. along with an acoustic is often a bit hard for this. This AG95 has a great balance. MusiciansFriend stated the guitar was a student in condition 2 - I found it actually to become in excellent condition.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this into a friend
Took somewhat set up; tail piece and bridge adjustment. Couple of weeks of tuning everytime; new strings accomplish that. This is my lounge guitar; sets near to my chair and gets played everyday. Looks being a fine piece of furniture and sounds great unplugged. I am very happy by using it.

One on the best guitars I have ever owned. Simply no substitute.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this into a friend
This is usually a beautiful guitar. I bought it inside Sea Foam Green. Gorgeous guitar. This guitar came with all the best action and playability out in the box I have ever experienced. I didnt must do a thing with it. Action is quite low. No fret buzz anywhere, regardless if tuned down a half step. The coil taps provde the versatility making it snap such as the other brand you know and love. Several tone combinations with a great DB boost. Came in a good gold case. For the price put be disappointed.
I am not real sure I such as the auto tuner. Its not perfectly accurate. Its just a little fiddly to alter settings for other tunings anymore fearless . I have gotten it to tune to E flat I cant understand to reset back with a 440. When you exchange signal of an alternative tuning it will become the default. The instructions would not come with practicing the guitar so I were required to download them from your net. Likely a Gibson oversight. I have followed every instruction and it also still wont reset to regular tuning. You can bypass it and utilize the tuners should the auto tune function is off. I may turn out scrapping this function and putting new Gibson tuning machines onto it. Not sure the amount of a hassle which is to be. Great idea, needs more work. The battery like within the tuner is rechargeable and serve you for a good number of years. Not really sure just what the 9-volt is designed for. I suspect the DB boost.
All to all I am very happy using this guitar. Gibson hit this place out from the park having its appearance and features. The neck can be a little wider over a regular Les Paul which prevents you against slipping off for the high E or rolling the lower E off. Great feature and intensely comfortable.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to your friend
Love this awesome and amazing Gibson.
I develop the Gibson Premium AAA Standard Gibson this also Gibson plays and sounds excellent in my experience, and plays exceptionally. I love the sound, tone, simplicity of tuning caused by the new tunes itself edition for this guitar, the chance to remove the pick guard, several features, as well as the fit and finished are flawless on mine. Hope youll order, and enjoy just as much as I do?

I gave this guitar five stars. Loved it, but couldnt alter to playing it. I realized which the original strings were very wrong in my opinion and bought two new teams of strings I like. I watched Gibsons instructional vid on changing strings with G-Force and took notes. Its much harder versus the video Wasted two low E strings until I got it worked out. Then, within the B string, the G-Force kept winding before string broke. Started again. With this unfortunate G-Force about it, the complete guitar is useless. Sorry I purchased for much money. Should have gotten a USA-made PRS or merely stuck with my Korean-made PRS SE Tremonti that's much, additional playable and sounds almost as good. I bought the LP being an investment and hope I can acquire some of my wasted money back onto it. No more LPs. Highly overrated. I hope it isnt too far gone to get my a reimbursement. Calling Musicians Friend first thing inside the morning.

My son and I, both experienced players, were expecting some improvement over our excellent Dean, PRS, and Ibanez guitars, all from South Korea, but we had been stunned at how superior the USA-made Les Paul Classic turns out to be in terms of playability, performance, and tone. The unique fireburst finish is beautiful. The typical LP fourth knob was replaced with the onboard preamp toggle. The fine preamp provides punch with clean sound and, in conjunction with coil-splitting, gives me tone options that traditional LPs lack. These the latest features are great additions to your previous versions. The pickups are extraordinary and blow the rest Ive ever played out in the water, including other LPs. They provide hot output that may be nonetheless warm, rich, and clean, plus the sustain and tone are beyond my expectations. Clean tones turn out powerfully, but crystal noise, just gorgeous sound. The G FORCE tuner is easy to work with, accurate, plus a real treat. The hard shell case is elegant and practical. I am confident which the Les Paul 100 logo, the Gibson logo in MOP, as well as the fireburst finish can make this a collector guitar. As LPs go, the price of this wonderful guitar was quite reasonable. It is really a great pleasure to possess!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this with a friend
First I would not get this guitar at M/Friend. I got it at the local shop. It scares me to death to but an acoustic guitar this expensive online. However when I spoke with my tech he explained he re-strung a guitar per my request with EB tens and did nothing for it. In other words Gibson delivered it perfect right out from the box. Neck relief was perfect. I love the G-force tuner however if it fails compared to what. It is quite cool. I am a bit worried about changing strings. For some reason Gibson wouldn't send sufficient information inside the case material about changing strings. I were required to pull it well the net. It is not well written. I will likely bring it to my tech and see him take action the first time.
Now in terms of pliability, this thing is really a monster in the sound and versatility. You want Slash grunge, you still have it. You want Strat spank, you have got it. You want a DB boost for leads which means you dont possess the need for the volume pedal, you've got it.
The action is very low its unreal. It has all day long sustain and doesnt fret out anywhere around the neck. Intonation was perfect. I had heard in 2015 Gibson moved up their game. They did. This guitar will probably be worth twice what I bought it for.
Its very easy make use of other compared to worries I have together with the G-force system. I would rather donrrrt you have had the goofy Les Paul signature for the headstock face. Looks being a third grader wrote it. Bad idea Gibson. Kind of ruins the complete appearance with the headstock.
All and all of I would buy this guitar again. I suggest it to anyone. Seasoned guitarist or possibly a newby. The Sea Foam green is indescribable. Simply stunning. 2015 Les Paul Get you one today.
My local shop beat the Big Box store prices by around five-hundred. I traveled to one of those stores after I ordered from my much smaller shop and of course i was told that oh gee if you could have told us we will beat that price by blah, blah blah. NO! Just advertise playing the guitar at your best price. A less savvy buyer would get screwed if he didnt know this and quite a few buyers dont. Not to mention I don't possess time to run forwards and backwards screwing your. Say my little shop quotes me a price five-hundred less versus the Big Box store. Then I go to your big box store plus they beat that for any hundred less. Than I have to run back in my shop and say hey blah blah beat you get a hundred when will it end. Time is valuable. Quit getting referrals.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this with a friend

I have already been playing guitar for 34 years. I have a 1987 Fender 62 American Vintage Reissue Stratocaster that I enjoy. I have never had any luck getting a really good Strat until I found that particular. BTW, it simply happened for being the 7th Strat I owned. I sold the many others each and every time I thought I found a greater one. I really wanted another Stratocaster however I couldnt select one that felt right. I visited Guitar Center for my 45th birthday and totally New 2012 Fender American Standard Stratocaster White with Maple Neck and Gold Anodized Pickguard. I am super impressed with Fenders quality and care about detail. They are also a breeze to reach on the phone or e-mail in the event you need help which is often a big plus. The staff at Guitar Center were great making me feel right in your own home. Now playing the guitar is just perfect in each and every way. It plays great, it sounds great, and I cant find even one flaw. I install it with.10 -.46 Nickel Bullets and applied Big Bends Nut Sauce towards the nut and bridge. The guitar stays in tune even when while using the tremolo or vibrato bar which has for ages been the main issue personally. In addition to sounding and playing great, I get lots of comments how beautiful my guitar is and I agree. The 2012 Fender American Standard Stratocaster is usually a total great hit. I am super picky so remember that these models are truly great guitars. I love mine and wouldn't normally hesitate to get another one if I ever had to. I read an appraisal that said the Custom Shop Pickups certainly are a 50s through back rather than modern. Well, I called Fender and asked them around the pickups and so they assured me they're indeed today's pickup which has a modern design. Fat 50s is merely the name they chose. Anyway the guts pickup is reverse wound to cancel hum at positions 2 and 4 and also the second tone control incorporates a slight detent around 9 then when set to 10 the circuit is bypassed and you have a hot straight signal. They call mtss is a No Load Potentiometer. If you want a fantastic Strat, check out Guitar Center and look these out!!

I opened the case and it also smelled of paint. I have fret buzz within the low E and A strings relating to the 9th and 12th frets. Also a dead spot for the high E string for the 14th fret. I took it to my luthier, he told me the frets were so high for the low E and A strings involving the 9th and 12th fret the only fix was fret leveling. I am not gonna pay for that on the new guitar, so I am returning it. I bought a different 2012 American Standard couple of years ago and also the quality was excellent. Very disappointing that this quality has slipped a whole lot in just 24 months. The blue color is outstanding.
Incredibly disapointed using the quality in this american fender strat. 3 of 6 tuners are junk and can't be adjusted to carry a tune. Wood body has cracks. 3 of 6 tone switch positions have become noisy, cable jack constantly comes loose which is noisy. The 75 Squier Strat I have build just for slide playing has better made hardware! Ive been playing for upwards of 40 years and also have owned 8 guitars and played probably close with a hundred different guitars. This guitar may be the worst quality Ive ever owned, and Im extremely disapointed with all the quality of the usb ports and am returning it. DO NOT PURCHASE should you cant investigate it yourself before purchasing. Dont result in the same mistake I did. Fenders quality control needs some serious overhauling.
Bottom Line No, I wouldn't normally recommend this to your friend
Great Guitar-Strats Never Disappoint!!!
I am a Fender Guy, and also this guitar is to to get heard!!! It came out from the box nicely set tuned pretty close. She sounded awesome on the moment she went live!!! The finish has gotten multiple compliments, and she or he will always be described as a keepsake from the collection.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this into a friend

I mostly play Gibson guitars however I have owned a 1987 Fender 62 Reissue Stratocaster since 1989. I got lucky and located it used. It belonged to your stores Luthier thus it plays and sounds wonderful. I had owned several American Standards but has never been happy with all the design. Now in 2012 I went along to GC to check out the newest American Standard with all the Fat 50s pickups, high mass tremelo block, and flawless fit and handle. Mine is Olympic White with Maple Neck. The manager explained GC had received their lot on the new American Stratocasters using a Friday afternoon and also by closing time on Saturday these were all sold except for your one I purchased. It was the final one. I felt compelled to write down this review because playing guitar over 35 years I can state that these new American Standards are first class. Mine plays and sounds great and yes it stays in tune even when utilizing the whammy bar. They are a terrific value and have each of the top shelf components. I am so happy I waited until Fender release this updated model. Its simply a excellent American made Stratocaster excellent for gigging or maybe jamming within your basement. I love all the upgrades and would buy another one in the minute if something happened to mine.
When I was younger, I thought Strats sounded too thin, and owned a Les Paul. But with modern electronics and amps, products have changed. I just got such a black American Standard Strat w/maple fingerboard - great feel and look! If you want the sense, you should purchase an American Strat - the imports use lower-grade wood and components, and dont notice the same. I also substituted the stock pickups for Lace Sensors to get slightly smoother sound. The stock pickups have a big tonal range. The Lace Sensors are narrower greater output. All in most, I love a guitar.
Ive owned maybe 50 e-guitars including 4 other USA Fender strats including EJ and American deluxe, etc. and teles. This one in ash will be the best overall. This is easily by far the most versatile with useful tones of the guitar Ive ever owned. Teles can make you an improved player. But by far the most expressive guitar ever made would be the strat using a close second being the 53 esquire and 59 LP. Yes a Les Paul vintage custom is incredible and not as versatile and I started within the short scale too. Later went the PRS route and ultimately graduated to your tele and today the strat. I could have saved plenty of money and time if I had started together with the strat. If you are able to only own one e-guitar convert it into a strat. If you may afford 3 guitars morph it into a strat, tele and LP. Its better to have one guitar that you really be able to play though. Thats why it can make sense to purchase this guitar first and last. If you dont being a strat this would mean you havent learned enough about guitar playing to understand it.

I opened the case also it smelled of paint. I have fret buzz around the low E and A strings involving the 9th and 12th frets. Also a dead spot about the high E string within the 14th fret. I took it to my luthier, he told me how the frets were so high for the low E and A strings involving the 9th and 12th fret the only fix was fret leveling. I am not about to pay for that on the new guitar, so I am returning it. I bought a whole new 2012 American Standard a couple of years ago as well as the quality was excellent. Very disappointing how the quality has slipped a whole lot in just 24 months. The blue color is outstanding.
I obtained a 2014 American Standard Sienna Sunburst Strat and I like it. Its beautiful and fun to experience. Ive been a humbucker kinda guy nonetheless its great to broaden my tonal capabilities. Ive been thrilled with her. Swing from your local GC and appearance one out by yourself. Nuff said. Im logging on go play my purdy new Strat.
This is my 6th guitar 2nd American, in addition have a Am Std SGand let me tell you right this moment, its amazing. I picked in the white with maple and swapped the all white pick guard out for just a mint green one who matches perfectly using the upgraded aged plastic, its beautiful. I was tempted to purchase an Am Stnd Strat off from Ebay because you can buy them brand new for any couple hundred dollars less expensive than Guitar Center. However, holding it, playing it, seeing it personally made me far more comfortable spending very much money. Also, the fellows at my Guitar Center in Fairfax, VA are really legit. I probably spent 3 hours trying different MIM Strats, used Les Pauls, with virtually no hassle. Its also nice to recognise if I ever produce an issue I can go on it right back to the shop. This all together helps it be easily really worth extra money you'll save from buying elsewhere online. The neck is just like a stick of butter, the PUPs scream, the style is classic. What else are you wanting in life?
I experienced a Gibson Les Paul Jr for quite awhile - rocks hard but can be a one-trick pony tonally. For quite some time I are already wanting a Stratocaster with the music I am playing nowadays. Sold the Gibson, visited GC with my thoughts made up of finding a MIM strat and later on buying many new electronics pickups, pots, etc for doing this. After playing all of the MIM strats that they had, I tried the American standards. The MIMs played very well inside my opinion, however the American standard was only a cut above. I left with the American standard. Been playing it for weeks now. Absolutely love a bad and feel. No pickup upgrades necessary - this guitar is perfect as they are. Best choice I could have elected.
Not quite 5 Stars but very close.
The local Guitar Center only had one American Standard employed to play but that had been enough for you me off for the web site to obtain one. Took the 15% off and recycled it in the Sienna Sunburst Finish - with Maple Fingerboard. Great finish and appearance. So it appears great, the tip is outstanding, plus it sounds a lot better. Great pickups with just a little hum when an example may be chosen but none with any two. Position 2, bridge and middle gives that only over a Strat sound. Kick inside the hyper treble my term, not Fenders where there isnt another guitar Ive played which includes that sound - it might not exactly be a sound in the past however its a classic for just a reason. With 3 pickups, 5 switch positions and lots of tone control, there are various tone left to seek out. Mine could and should are already set up better. But I declare that about every guitar, electric and acoustic, that I buy new. I dont understand fully paying a decent amount of money for any well assembled guitar with good electronics and a fantastic finish gets has for being sent off into a luthier to become truly playable. Thats why 4 stars. If the strings werent nearly 25 percent inch from the neck for the final fret, it may be a solid 5.

The Mitchell MO100S-VS Orchestra electric guitar features a concert-sized body-making it a fairly easy fit for freshies or those that have smaller stature. The solid spruce top ensures amazing tone, plus the vintage sunburst finish makes this instrument visually striking too.
This guitar has an incredible warm sound, but also carries a robust sound, it genuinely jumps available. I needed an acoustic guitar that I could just grab and work on my small writing. When you play some chord, it sounds prefer that chord instantly. This Mitchell MO100s also stays in tune for any long fits me great, well developed, solid, and appears great. You wouldn't go wrong with this investment.
My grandmother was going to acquire and Epiphone PR-150 in my opinion but when she went in on the local guitar center she found that they decided of stalk. She finished up buying me the Mitchell MO100S/VS. When i found this out, I was really mad. But i made the choice since she spent the cash id give it a shot. when She dropped it well at my hose i tuned it up when i played i became amazed with the quality of sound and the way rich it turned out. Im so glad i made a decision to try it out rather then being a jerk about failing to get what it wanted. I love my Mitchell and when youre hunting this guitar i would endorse it. It just sounds great, stays in tune, its easy to experience, and whenever I play, it seems how the sound gets better and much better.
Having sold my Taylor 410 not too long ago, Im looking for any replacement that's cheaper so when the youngsters draw about it I dont weep when in front of them and not a non-responsive box with strings. Thats the bummer coming on the 410 - I want an affordable, worry-free guitar but Im spoiled by way of a real guitar sound. I played all of the 000s, folks, and smaller guitars within the room today and also this one really blew me away. The neck was the top, I swear the frets were polished, along with the sound was balanced. I kept looking in the price and wondering the actual way it would last when, inevitably, my 2 years old stands on top of computer. Im still shopping, but this one is usually a 4 star on my own list. And the neck was MUCH much better than the budget 800 Martin within the room.
Ive owned the guitar for the bit over fourteen days. Neck is stable, bridge and top show no sign of trouble, and tuners will not slip. The guitar is wonderfully-made and I suggest it. Intonation is near perfect over your entire fretboard, even after dark 12th fret. It has low action without the fret buzz, even if finger-picked at high volume. The neck is bound, therefore, the sharp fret ends felt on many low-priced guitars are not problems. The entire guitar is completed in shiny not just a gloss top, or gloss body that has a cheaply finished satin neck. Tone is concerning average for the 250-400 guitar. Nothing great and not dead like some heavily braced clunkers selling inside 300-400 range. This guitar is fairly light, which surprised me.
Mitchell MO100S is really a great guitar; exactly what can I say,?Perfect deal?. I tried many guitars of the range Ex: Yamaha FG700S, FS700S, FG730 and etc, but Mitchell MO100S is by far superior to everything on its range. It looks great in real as well as the tone is brilliant due to its range. My brother, who may have a Martin 00015, was surprised together with the tone, just amazing. But, you need to lower the action slightly bit. If you?re an amateur, traveler or maybe a professional, this is among the finest you can buy because of its range. It looks and sounds in excess of its value maybe few hundreds more. Go for this, you won?t regret it.

My name is Jon Hand. Ive played guitar since I was 11 years of age. Ive had my face to face thousands of guitars priced high and low. Ive had ovations, Gibson, takaminies ect. each of the name brands. The Mitchell MO 100s/vs is a wonderful guitar. I find it funny which a 600 ovation doesnt play anywhere near competitive with my Mitchell as well as its American made. This is certainly one guitar that Ill never dismissed. Very impressed with all the action as well as the ring.
Ive been playing guitar for about a few years, and this can be a very good guitar to the price. the only real reason i gave it 4 stars not 5 is that it buzzes just a little especially when employing a capo even so put on heavy gage strings and it also helps a great deal i can barely hear the buzzing now.
This is often a great little guitar, especially when it reaches this price I paid 169. I was looking to get a parlor guitar, but couldnt justify the price of anything very costly. This comes even close to an Epiphone EL 00, so by extension it compares to your Gibson Robert Johnson model. Of course, it doesnt come near those guitars, but it really serves exactly the same purpose if youre on the budget. The action was great right out in the box, plus the neck rosewood fingerboard is light years beyond other guitars under 500. It sounds great too, and not real loud - as you'll expect. But it plays like a goal and - with just a little imagination - it is like an old style blues box. I think it's great too. The finish is heavily laquered, but well-applied, so that it should stay appealing. Size-wise, Im not sure its officially a parlor guitar. Most actual parlor guitars tend to be smaller. But then again, it compares very closely in size towards the Epiphone EL-00, that is classified being a parlor guitar. So where could be the cutoff? Anyway, its small, however, not tiny. A great beginners guitar, or just a terrific guitar for knocking around. I played a great deal of more expensive guitars from the shop, and none were as fun to experience as this blog. I recommend it highly. I havent been with them long, in case you dont go to whichever updated posts from me, assume its supporting!
Great guitar. I came to the guitar center with my old yamaha kids guitar, trying to fix the strings on that one then be on my small way. I never had had experience that has a guitar before, I knew that I will be taking a high school graduation guitar course when I started school, so I planned to fix my old guitar up. Well, I was obviously too old because of it, therefore, the salesperson took me on the acoustic room along me consider using a few different guitars. I really liked this guitar in the beginning sight; the conclusion was nice, that it was comfortable instead of too big, as well as the tone sounded pretty nice. I got my guitar in June 2012, and have already been playing for approximately 5 months. This guitar is excellent for starters, and straightforward to chord too as play riffs on. Stays well in tune, and overall sounds great. I much like the lacquer finish type stuff; it makes playing the guitar shiny, and easy to experience bar and power chords on b/c you'll be able to slide down and up the neck: It was well well worth the money- Ive learned some good songs with all the help with this guitar! Its pretty durable too, b/c Ive banged it around just a little into my desk or onto my chair by accident also it is still fine.
VERY satisfied using this type of guitar!
Im a lefty whos frustated together with the ABSENCE of lefty smallbodies within this price range, but I wished to hear for myself what this guitar sounded like, with all the solid top n all. I liked the sound, action, construction and color scheme pickguard on the top wouldnt be as, so I purchased it. I put in the lefty compensated saddle from another guitar, hence the setpoints of each one string are perpendicular towards the neck, improving intonation, widened two nut slots and restrung lefty. TA-DAAAH!! Stays in tune perfectly, whether open or capo 3 or capo 5. Bright highs and mid-range, lows not quite as loud but creates a nice E minor, The only other quibble is, I was required to take an emery board on the fret edges - we were holding noticably felt while sliding up n along the neck - no biggie. Thanks to Brian on the Halsted St. store!
