Loved this program. Been using Virtual DJ regular and pro versions for several years but THIS is what we grow to. I got this to match Hercules DJ Console Rmx and yes it works well with this-even better features than Virtual DJ that has been made for that.

But something. A utilize it with an Alesis IO Dock. With this Dockingstation i connect the IPAD via Midi cable together with the input of my soundcard NI Audio 8 DJ. So i don t have make use of WIFI. Hey great work, all things I need running traktor. However, the jog wheels don t often work. They are there about the template and spin around and they'll scroll through tracks in browse menu, nonetheless they won t scroll over the loaded track. I mean, aren t you allowed to be able to scratch and scroll via a track with all the jog wheels?

It is Ver 2.0.1, I ll try updating and find out if it works. Also, the FX controls for deck B don t control deck B, instead control the FX on deck A FX unit 1. I ll try an upadate and let you recognize how it goes.

OK, I ve updated to Trakor 2.1.2 and transfered
the latest template to my ipad. it truly is Traktor duo, not Traktor pro in the event it makes a difference?
1 neither jog wheel will scroll from the tracks.
2the sliders and buttons on FX unit 1 are related to thoes on FX unit 2, and therefore any movements to fx unit 1 is mirrored by fx unit 2, or the other way round.
3 the stop button on deck A/B won t stop the track but rather turns on fx 3 on both fx units and moves their sliders each of the way up.
The stop button on deck C/D doesn t do anything whatsoever.
4 pushing the shift button has this affect: it moves both from the WET sliders all of the way up and moves the Filter sliders to middle when they are not in middle.
I may try editing the midi myself in Traktor and pay attention to what I are able to do.

1. Not sure about it. You should be in a position to press browse that will make the track selection screen larger and scroll through tracks.
2. Yeah, this shouldn t be happening.
3. Traktor Duo doesn t hold the Turntable FX effect required with this function.
4. This shouldn t be happening either.
I haven t tested on Duo, but I suspect most with the problems are as a result of not using Traktor Pro. You may well should remap some from the controls for this to work on Duo.

A few things I would probly change should be to add numbers about the cue buttons, more than once I had to take a look around and quickly count.

If you load it with all the large Import button, it will override any previous settings you'd for effects which can be why they aren t working, I suspect. The template will depend on all 4 FX units being set to chained.
Also, pressing the Shift button should load the TTFX that make the Stop button work.

1. Open Traktor Preferences. Near the bottom with this screen is definitely an Import button. Click this and browse for the TSI file that s included within the download.

once loaded on my own ipad 2 everything worked fine in addition to the jog wheels. In the blue n green boxes there will be the expand and load buttons the cue, mash and slice lights nevertheless the jog wheels manage to be missing also the beat indicator and track end warning light work fine.

As they re completely missing, I m guessing you haven t updated TouchOSC Editor when loading web page .. You must be on v1.5.3.

Oo so thats why, Ill take your word for doing this, use a few mappings I dont want loosing for my other controllers so ill get forced out be:, just needed to test against each other though since I was curious, might try do my very own version with the ifighter since theres a few features I dont use and can add samples correctly

Can you explain a bit more? The LED should light if you press the EQ button and provide you control over EQ levels. Does this not take place?

Yes it lets you do. But there may be two leds on button And merely one is working, after pressing the button left led is on And when I m pressing the button again booth of which is off I thought how the points of two leds is perfect for indication of FX, and second EQ. Correct me if I m wrong. And another one. Make copy/paste for load and expand buttons for the right side they re not respond cause its encoder controller above.

The other one activates and off after you re within the 2nd page so that you might have control over EQ for Decks C D.
So one LED is designed for Deck A B plus the other for Decks C D. When they re each of, you have been in control in the FX amounts.

I ve been great deal of thought, but there s just an issue with screen space. It would must be stripped down, or spread across several pages which defeats the item somewhat!

Unfortunately, it s unattainable for Traktor to output track names although I d love this feature too!

I love your temple however, some reason I dont contain the jog wheels within the temple. I redown load the temple from digitaldjtools website. Still no jog wheel. I use a TRAKTOR PRO 2. please help I will like to contain the temple would the jog wheels. Thank U George Sanchez

Are you with all the latest versions of TouchOSC 1.7.3 and TouchOSC Editor 1.5.3? If you re not while using latest versions, the jog wheels won t display.

Simply awesome. Had a good play by using it last night.
One feature request, it is always good if SHIFT JOG WHEEL could execute a fast scrub in play mode. This would be additional intuitive than with all the loop position buttons

Good idea! I ve just updated the TSI to add in this, so holding Shift and moving the jog wheel will speed the track forwardback. Is this the level of thing you meant?
You ll just have to download file again and re-import the TSI in Traktor to obtain it working.

If you would like to play around with all the speed settings yourself though, this can be quite easy to perform.
In Traktor open Preferences Controller Manager, scroll around the very near the bottom on the Assignment Table and look for your Jog Scratch Tempo commands. There must be four these 2 for Deck A and a couple for Deck B. Just play around using the Rotary Sensitivity slider normally the one that s currently set to 54% to improve the speed in the jog wheel in your liking.

FX Units 1 2 are fixed and should not be changed from the template as these will control the Beatmasher Beatslicer effects for every single deck.
