Ive not played a Tony Hawk game for many years so I was pretty excited due to this game. After playing it last week, I wakened so angry I were required to write my first review in 10 years of being an Amazon customer!
Ill commence with the good things.
1. The controls are certainly familiar. Ive not really played a TH game in 7-8 years. After a minute about the tutorial, I was competent to pull off every one of the tricks I could back from the Underground days.
2. The music is quite good but after a couple of hours, I was getting repeats.

I need to be honest, I heard that game had not been going to be good and I did check to view it had 1.9 over 14 reviews that is shocking really. I were forced to try it for myself though. Well that of a mistake! I pre-ordered it from GameSeek and it also came yesterday 01/10/15 so I received it 1 day before the UK release. Before I mention THPS5 I must inform you I am a MASSIVE Tony Hawks fan, I wanted the bingo to be so fun and remind me of why I use to waste so much of my childhood time playing the main games so you are able to say I thought I would get this for that nostalgia. It is put together by Robomodo, I did benefit from the HD version they will was included in but farmville is just so bad! I use it in my console there was no update, despite hearing there is certainly a 7GB update and that is bigger than the experience itself! I loaded the game as well as the Activision and Robomodo logos lagged so bad, I couldn't believe my eyes! When the overall game came on I clicked single player and it also prompted me to utilise the tutorial, I declined this and was greeted that has a continuous video of skateboarding in the menu without having signs in the SP loading! I re-started the action and tried this 3 x times! Still no luck, so I tried the tutorial and When I started skating the experience seemed so bland, half the tricks and manuals and grinds which I use to vary mid drift to improve the multiplier was all gone! When I attempted a 180 degree spin it felt so slow and clunky that I can't even land it! I felt so lost to the experience and it did not feel as if a Tony Hawks game by any means. I loved the many original Tony Hawks Pro Skaters 1, 2, 3 and 4 and a lot of all I loved the Underground games especially Underground 2! Great Game, a bit difficult for us oldies although my son can also be having problems progressing to level 3 and the man is in his early twenties.
