Sorry, just saw your reply. Your sarcasm is noted. When I wrote the review, I was frustrated that I couldnt just download Media Center on it's own. I was also aggravated while MS excluding XP support by reviewing the products for your sole intent behind pushing visitors to the new OS. However, its unimportant. This review was almost 24 months ago, and individuals should definitely be looking for something else entirely by now, even though its not Windows. Windows 7 is excellent, but people is going with Ubuntu in the event the upgrade is cost-prohibitive; desktop Linux has come a long ways, and also the upgrades are free of charge.

Worked like a dream. although I ran in to a slight problem but that was easily cured. you didnt mention anything about copying the modern dll to your system32 directory well, i just deleted the previous dll, did the reg and gpedit changes, then restarted. RDC didnt wish to connect. long story short I needed to manually copy the newest dll on the system32 directory and manually start in the terminal services service.
