I i just want to dispute the nightly weight-loss argument.

Here s a simple calculation that proves that weight lost during the night time is mostly just water evaporation: a pound of fat is 3, 500 calories. You lose probably 600 calories during a night dependant on 2000-2500 calories burned on a daily basis. This means that in the event you lose 2 pounds during the evening you would have to lose 7, 000 calories of fat, which clearly isn t true, as you are can keep your weight that has a 2000 calorie/day diet. If you lose equal parts H20 and C02, then your calculation is often a little different, but we re still not anywhere inside the ballpark of explaining nightly weightloss using fat-burning.
