Ive had most from the previous simcity versions.
Simcity4 is a bit more of a simulator and less of any game versus the previous versions.
It will tax your power to get an american city going profitably. It requires fine tuned control over resources and focus to detail, all of which will take time.
The graphics are beautiful and engaging. It runs smoothly on my own pentium4 system using a ge4 4200 graphics card.
The interface is logically organized and provides all if not more in the information you should manage the town.
I such as regional concept. You can start in excess of one city within the map, interconnect them, and switch back and forth to be effective on them. You have full capability to create your own regions and may modify the terrain in endless ways.

I loved the bingo when it became available so I jumped when I could but it really again. The a different one just isnt nearly as good.
