I failed to like version 18 whatsoever. Aside from other considerations, you MUST havecreate Zoner account in order to utilize it. Removed. Version 17 seems the very best yet.
I hate photo editing and management programs that auto scan your personal machine for all your photo files. The first time you open this software it auto scans, takes forever and that's NOT what I wish it to do. Why these programs cant open then ASK if you wish it to scan your pc is beyond me. Gonna keep seeking software which simply loads and lets ME determine which photos to open up or to store in this software.
I installed it and uninstalled it soon as I saw which it was auto scanning my computer for photos without giving me the alternative to stop it.
I cant consider one very bad thing.

Ive been using Zoner Photo Studio since version 12. The newest version 16 is what I need. It follows my photo-workflow perfectly and enables me for getting my photo archive organized and many types of pictures simple to find. Also the editor part is extremely effective and exceeds my need. Really love the HDR stuff. RAW module might be a bit faster Id say, but I dont care much about RAW files anymore since my camera produces perfect JPGs.
The unlimited web-album Zonerama is often a nice extra feature too.
A separate quick photo viewer might be nice. Dont need to look at the whole program each and every time.
Probably the top free photo software ever. And if you may pay for the PRO version it is really worth every penny.
Like the tabs and it is easy way to shift from view to edit. Havent worn the extender much however it seems to be a keeper.
My only con to this point would be the small font size used, though it may be necessary to have provide space sor the many commands.
Pretty, features are attractive, however, you PAY for it.
This is undoubtedly an arrogant, pretentious and self-congratulating amount of software. It is challenging to tell at first what the heck it is really. Maybe some advanced photographers will be seduced by its bait, but, frankly, I find it has hijacked and other alike extensions and apparently blocked PSP8 by using them. The thumbnails are tiny - unreadable, and I am going to obtain rid of Zoner immediately.
You require a headache? Get enmeshed in Zoner.
