Excellent review, you told it the best way I see it too. This latest version hogs up a whole lot bandwidth that while it can be on it is close to impossible to look at netflix movies at the moment without the video being choppy, the prior version never caused any problems but this newest version sucks system resources big. And you're right, the moderators for the so called help forum is not going to allow newbies to post and inquire questions, so forget that option! I happen to be a zonelabs fan for 10 years these days its time for just a change, they've got took a great program and bloated it and created it a resource hogging little bit of junk. You get no support with this program. My DSL speed is 1.5mb download 256k upload and I am able to observe streaming videos on netflix without any troubles given that this software programs are shut off totally. Win XP sp3 2gigs ram.

How different to Symantec! They couldnt be helpful when they tried. I had used my 3 activations of NIS 2012, when I rebuilt my PC, it simply was an IM clear of a techie to reset my account. I was reactivated about the rebuilt PC within 10-20 minutes. 10/10 to Symantec.

The reps showed no customer care care no technical expertise.
I wanted my a refund under their advertised guarantee but they also said I did not qualify.
I called my local internet provider and numerous individuals that staff said they hear complaints regularly about Zone Alarm. They had me unistall Zone Alarm and install AVG Free. Now my computer is time for its old self and I am happy!
