This is very poor quality crap. I got a flavor of it together with the demo software. It seemed as it might be ok, so I went ahead, as an idiot, and purchased the total copy. The product turned out for being horrible. A total and finished waste of income.

A serious issue for me is that this sound is just not perfectly in sync using the video when converting from WMV to AVI. I have used it in two moves also WMV to MP4 then MP4 to AVI. Same problem. I have not tried other format conversions

This is an excellent product for converting videos. The only reason I gave it a 4 star maybe it was is computer resource intensive and it you've an older system, it could task your system for the point it appears it just isn't doing not actually processing behind the scene. This can certainly make you believe that a system has stopped responding. I have a very first generation intel7 processing unit, an AMD 5700 graphics card and 8gigabytes of memory. It still allows me to try and do some other stuff about the system though the lag can be quite noticeable. However, I still am astounded by this product for everyone the things it may do for converting videos.
What I got instead was obviously a trial on the software that puts a watermark on everything I convert plus an invitation to buy the application every time I use surprises me that Amazon will allow their customers being scammed in this way.
Biggest waste of cash. Product is garbage! I bought this to build DVDs for my sons all star team for end of the year party. Spent few hours building DVD only of burning it and load it on DVD buttons dont work and you are able to even take part in the thing. I had started this Thursday and I had to obtain DVD completed by the party on Sunday and I attempted to contact their support but was required to wait 48 hours to have an email response which I got an answer 3 days later today knowning that was utterly useless support reply. I am a network engineer and intensely tech savvy. I found another program by Coral DVD Movie Factory Pro 7 which had been fantastic and worked fine without the need of problems. I asked for the refund and was told I could not buy one but I could easily get a similar crap product for same value instead.
After with all the free version I opted to get. The only difference will be the removal in the Wondershare watermark. The most serious defect from the system is audio aligned with video. No matter what I tried the audio was beyond sync. I emailed Wondershare once or twice and they answered saying the audio will be in sync with all the video at burning the DVD. Did not happen. The only way audio was almost right with video is the place I made no transitions etc. It also starts 90 minutes of burning a 50 minute DVD. Lastly the program does frequently crash? Freeze? After a few crashes I would save each and every time I made an adjustment. The crashes perceived to coincide while using moving about within the time line. I would recommend Wondershare if you wish to dabble with editing and adding audio to your photo slide show, and get a feel for video editing and after that move up whether or not this is something you love. I have shifted. Also read their guarantee it just isn't so consumer friendly. I just chalked up to a 30 loss and

This is a wonderful easy make use of converting program. It has many the great features you would want. However, there's a big issue I am having using the video quality after conversion. Scenes with panoramic shots in which the camera is moving one direction to a different where it needs to be smooth is really quite rigid and choppy occasionally. very annoying for most conversions Ive done.
Very Slow plus the speed up setting doesn't work. Just won't work as advertised. As far as I am concerned I just wasted what I purchased it for.

The output on Wondershare is vastly inferior to at the least two free video converters Freemaker and Format Factory. Their what is known as support gives useless advice causing one to make many tweaks from the program then when those fail, they are saying its too late for the refund. This is a Chinese company attempting to pass itself off as American to mislead everyone into believing they may be ethical.
