I click to put in this and after it downloaded it made explorer not work meaning your desktop and dock using your pinned programs including set up menu it made everything disappear except the world wide web browsing window and task manager would not work once i pressed clr, alt, delete all concurrently. I were forced to press f8 button to penetrate safe mode once i forced shutdown my computer and f8 for boot mode selection didnt arise when it says to push esc for options, therefore it hid f8 out in the f buttons, and wouldnt uninstall in safe mode, well, i had to work with recovery and restore with a previous system image to recover my computer to before it was infected together with the virus
do not install this if you do not want an infected computer!!!! you are warned!

This is really a rip-off for some people. My older laptop with Windows 7 does not have an built-in extract/zip tool, therefore the Microsoft support said I needed a third party tool like WinZip.
