I was required to press f8 button to penetrate safe mode when i forced shutdown my computer and f8 for boot mode selection didnt show up when it says to push esc for options, thus it hid f8 out on the f buttons, and wouldnt uninstall in safe mode, i really had to use recovery and restore to your previous system image to revive my computer to before it was infected together with the virus
