3. Dont be are aware that this IS a Demo rather than a program waiting to get activated. Itll expired in the event the time has risen. Dont REPLACE your OS by it - its for testing only so my recommendation is always to either use it another harddrive or another partition and set on some multi-boot software, or run MS Virtual PC and play by it there.
Personally Ive not had any major problems by it. All my necessary hardware components were detected ok, and a lot that required drivers, I surely could locate for the makers websites. I still lack drivers for my peripherals however Cam, Remote, TV Card, AIO Printer, but that stuff isnt essential in an exam. For now, the OS is crisp and running quicker than my XP SP2 ran when I first installed, but only time will state. Im start to bog up with each of the stuff I have on my small XP SP2, when Im in a position to test with just the maximum amount of software, Ill be capable to render an even more truthful result.
I took one particular point off of the rating as a consequence of the driver issue. The OS hasnt ever crashed personally, however - more software, and time will inform.

Ive installed it. There are issues with all the beta drivers offered by some third party manufacturers. Seems MS has decided that every 64bit drivers ought to be decorated. Whatever. I couldnt acquire some of my previously functioning hardware to be effective, so I gave it the ole heave ho and place something stable in this little system. SUSE for 64 bit. ;
just wish i did a 64bit processor though ;
it doesnt matter to be a demo, one does get to play around by using it and possess a little peek at the future of 64bit computing beholds
