i have an issue. my computer had windows installation on it plus the files to reinstall just in case you format laptop.
but for reasons unknown this hidden part with the HDD had not been accessible after format as well as in desperation i downloaded windows home sp3 now.
when it asks me for my product key i get into the one for the bottom of my machine this came while using windows home version i became using before formatting.
for reasons uknown this windows version wont take though.
