If it merely requires a copy of Windows XP with no fancy plastic box and instructions then go with this copy. It just comes in the cardboard cover but aside from that it is identical to your more expensive consumer version and loads up inside same way. It also has all the most up-to-date upgrades included service pack 3. XP successful now and is particularly suitable for less powerful PCs.
