If you only need a copy of Windows XP minus the fancy plastic box and instructions then go with this copy. It just comes in the cardboard cover but besides that it is identical towards the more expensive consumer version and loads up within the same way. It also has all the most up-to-date upgrades included service pack 3. XP is effective now and it is suitable for less powerful PCs.
