regarding my previous entry we have the reason why the screen usually go blank.
it is most likely the hardrives control board that isn't working.
on my small computer the disc spins within the hardrive but no data is capable of be read over hardrive.
i realize the issue not with any components on the computer because using another hardrive and installing windows into it again, the machine runs perfectly.
soulution towards the problem is either buy identical hardrive and swap the control board to help you retrieve your data and if you got warranty send back your hardrive after swaping the control boards yet again.
should you have not got warranty then after retrieving data swap control boards over and utilize the new hardrive.
second solution will be to send the hardrive for the manafacturer whether it is still under warranty and they'll replace you using a new one.
however dont do last option if you must keep your data since the manafacturer will erase your details and do the repair or present you with another hardrive.

Okay i ve actually used the discs through the manufacturer HP and followed their steps. The PC efforts to re-boot but just incorporates a blank screen, the instructions i used to be given said to go away it but not touch it and this it could take around 2 hours to mend itself, well which was 12 hours ago well, i don t know what to try and do. When turning the PC about the HP screen has stripes thru it, then while i hit f11 i recieve jibberish writing and exclamation marks everywhere over the screen. It then takes me to a process recovery option screen, asking me to pick an operating system to mend. needless to say windows vista will not be listed there's nothing. it then says when you do not go to your operating system listed click load drivers to load drivers for your disk drive. I click that button plus it takes me to a directory where i must search for the setup information file????? totally lost now.

Okay i was looking to uninstall Adobe CS3 Master Suite from my computer. I have windows Vista home premium 32Bit, when i pressed finish and restart my computer restarted but once it experimented with go on the log in menu it just shut down completely. So i turned it back on and it also told me to operate start up repair so used to and again it just shut down. So your next time precisely the same menu popped up i simply started laptop computer normally and once i lil bit it might take me to the same menu!
