I as it. I familiar with have Windows 7 PRO, and that became a solid OS. I upgraded to Windows 8 PRO for under 14.99. Windows 8 was always a headache, as well as I got it prior to major updates, that it was even worse. Until around early 2014, I had complications with windows 8. But since then, this indicates the updates really made it stable and much less of a pain to work with. Up on the point where I upgraded my PC to windows 10 from 8, Ive not once every considered of going returning to windows 7. Windows 8 was much quicker, as well as the new features were pleasant. I love how I can sync my desktop, documents, and photos between my laptop and desktop without the work needed. Now when I upgraded to Windows 10, where did so much syncing go??? Its now forcing me to go on the online version of OneDrive because apparently Windows 10 removes the ghost file ability, and also you must download all your onedrive files as a way to view them. That ruined the full OneDrive experience to me. Now to Cortana. Nothing to say here, its much more of what existed before Siri. That voice control which could only perform a couple commands, except this will look up almost anything you say to it, to bing, returning useless results. I tend not to recommend Cortana by any means. Lastly, Ive never had ANY crashing or ANY bluescreens or ANY freezing on Windows 7, or 8. Now that I have Windows 10, my computer freezes often, sometimes each day! Ive gotten around a few bluescreens since I installed it, also it always crashes and locks me away from my account. I do not use a virus, and do not have. I even downloaded malware byte, didnt detect anything, nor did Avast or Windows Defender.
I will not recommend Windows 10 to anyone until they fix the down sides, and earn the new additions useful.
