After installing this hotfix rollup over a Windows 7 SP1 system, only important updates released after mid-March needs to be required. As it had been released the previous day Patch Tuesday, I somewhat doubt it includes patches otherwise released the very next day. So a whole new system would then simply need updates from your past three Patch Tuesdays, to become brought up up to now.
The only bad thing about the address can it be only works with explorer 9 or less.
Tried with explorer 10 and can not.

I used IE10 w/o Compatibility mode also it still works fine.
There were rumors that Microsoft has decided to discontinue service packs for Windows OS. Instead this company will follow faster Windows iterations process for example Windows 8.1, 8. 2 and many others. These Windows iterations work to replace Service Packs for Windows OS. But these are rumors, Microsoft have not officially announced these news.
If these rumors are true and when Microsoft won't release SP2 for Windows 7, then after that existing Windows 7 users do? Because Microsoft has not yet released or brought up SP2 for Windows 7 yet, so everyone has started believing this rumor.
its so obvious that SP2 wont happen, nor does it EVER get released. the real reason for it is because Ballmer wants everyone make use of that PO called Windows 8.
Please bear in mind that this roll-up probably includes KB2670838 released circa February 2013 which caused a lot of problems on some laptops, including BSODs and failures-to-boot. The issue was supposedly restricted to laptops with hybrid graphics cards nevertheless it BSOD-ed a mature HP laptop of mine which does NOT have this type of card.
Dont think this is really a replacement into a service pack. I compared what this update replaces
to my 104 updates I inject into my for 64 bit SP1 Windows 7and it only replaced 1. I removed adding this mainly because it has other improvements.
Nt 4 had 6 service packs, 7 if u count 6a.
7 had 1 service pack since aug 2013, along with perhaps forever
8 had 0 service packs because now theres 8.1.
Notice the pattern? W2K had 4 SPs, XP had 3, Vista had 2, 7 had 1 and 8 had none? 4, 3, 2, 1, 0!!

He meant he tested this hotfix by installing Windows virtually in VM virtual machine and even after installing this hotfix, there have been other 102 updates looking forward to download.

Download Service pack and run its EXE file. Thats it. Itll automatically install the desired updates and stuff.

It says next update is installed, you have to install update 2732673 to mend a regression issue inside the file, install update 2728738 to mend a regression issue within the file, and install update 2878378 re-released on November 11, 2013 to correct a regression issue from the file.
