If you have difficulty with Pismo not able to find a road to file during setup or crashing during an install, seek to NOT install directly in the mounted virtual drive letter. Instead, mount the ISO to your virtual drive letter with Pismo, copy all content from your virtual ISO drive into another folder using a non-virtual drive, and install from that point. Seriously, Ive tried every ISO mounting software on the market. I liked UltraISO to get a long while but recently just look at the post left by another gentleman above to the software Pismo File Mount Audit Package.
Love it, not planning to drop UltraISO completely but I such as the interface much better and its particular also
One difference that's not a legitimate problem by any means but Pismo File Mount Audit Package uses network drive symbolic link mount points rather than assigning a no cost drive letter. I load several 15 sample CDs from another HD and I have zero problems whatsoever. I would recommend it.
You will surely have Pismo provide you with a drive letter, you just should right click after which select mount as an alternative to just double clicking. Since nobody mentioned Winrar, enables you to open file, and let you extract it, or run the setup from that point. I dont recommend this for big installers though, because it will should extract to some temporary folder. It comes in handy sometimes though if you do not really ought to mount the look.
Good to learn. I regularly use 7-Zip for the functionality. Unless the ISO is bootable or I should burn it as a is, then I just extract each of the files and the ones I want, deleting the ISO and other things I don t need like other languages, etc. Jim McKeeth Oct 19 10 at 21:32
