OK so after more research here I came up that has a solution for my errors, I found several posts about corrupted DVDs or HDDs. I tested a similar image file on 2 separate drives around the same computer I produced duplicate drive when my issues started, so naturally I thought that it was the download issue until I used HASHCALC.
I downloaded and come up with setup disk on my small HP DV7 laptop and also the is the 7 pro retail 64 bit At this point my method is installing the updates.
