As I mentioned earlier, I prefer VMWare Player over Virtual PC this also is one good reason that. I considered this to suit your needs and apparently MS chosen to remove support for floppy drives from Virtual PC, apparently you'll be able to only install OSes that may boot from CD. Makes sense since on their site they say they simply support Win XP, Win Vista and Win 7 as guest OSes. My guess is the Win95 vhd that kbronski connected to was created through an earlier version of Virtual PC.

Just an endnote to the thread. Uninstalled the Windows VM and installed VMwares machine. Wow just what a difference! Its not slow and clunky; its fast smooth and straightforward to install bootable OS CDs. I do have a similar problem with the way to install a boot disk and Win95 tho?
