OK, I can experience figuring out how to make an install project, running it, and installing the package within the target computer. Problem is, it is not enough. Once you do set up . and try to execute this course you get an obscure error message about initialization failing. It points too you reinstall this program, essential that doesnt help.

The Visual C 2003 runtime has not been available like a seperate download because that it was included with 1.1 runtime.
If you install 1.1 runtime you'll get installed, and likewise added to Frameworkv1.1.4322.
