I, too, haven't yet purchased it but I needed to express a significant point. After using TT approximately 10 years with one exception, I will definitely purchase it this current year. Last year, I was really upset with Intuit and I jumped up to HR. I saved money and it absolutely was easy to import in the previous years TT. It did wonders but later, I received a lack of success notice from my State showing an error was made in my filing. I checked it and sure enough, these people were right. I paid the tax and penalty after which contacted HR with each of the info. They said they might look into it and after repeated tries and follow ups, I could never cause them to become answer me again. So much for HR.

Three stars for the present time. I am having problems together with the Form 8936 worksheet. From what I can determine, TT2015 has categorized my car as whether two or three wheeled vehicle. The last I checked there was clearly four wheels. Anyway went back to TT2014 and entered a similar information except date, but TT2014 explicitly talked about if my car would have been a four wheeled vehicle. After I entered that my car would be a four wheeled vehicle, TT2014 calculated the expected federal tax rebate. I am guessing TT2015 was attempting to independently seeking to determine whether my car was obviously a four wheeled vehicle you aren't based about the information I provided and managed it incorrectly. If TT has an update to repair this problem, I will revise my rating to no less than 4 stars the effort so far is worth no less than half a star If I made a mistake providing information to TT2015 and come up with error I will revise my rating upwards.

Ordered HR Block after last years debacle, it worked every bit along with Turbo. Going with HR again this coming year, the download is 10 less.
Unable to download the software program. TurboTax doesn't have any way to check with a customer service rep. Good luck trying get any help online!

I used Norton Security for ages. I have never had issue while using product itself. However, I am very upset using the fact that should you renew your products using a Code Key or Product download from Amazon, you'll lose any remaining time with your previous product. This is done suddenly. There is nothing around the product box certainly nothing that warns you after you click on Renew Subscription from inside your previous product. It wasnt until I searched Nortons Support Database that I stumbled on the following If you obtained a renewal or upgrade with the expiration notices through your Norton product, the days out of your old subscription are automatically added for the new one. Norton Security Deluxe could be the next generation of last years Norton Security for 5 devices. The biggest changes for me would be the branding within the box. To be sure you can find incremental improvements. Norton Security Premium is just like the older Norton Security with Backup for 10 devices. I think this isnt really bad. I like my security software to evolve and improve over radically change.

Ive had the product installed on my own custom built machine for any little over the year now, and it is pretty awful. It constantly fixes my machine by finding libraries Ive just compiled Im a software developer and removing them from my machine given that they are threats. This is needless to say ridiculous, but I wouldnt be that upset if there would be a big undo button somewhere. While you may eventually get there that has a lot of clicking around, probably the most obnoxious facet of it all is so it literally just trashed among my files while confidently announcing we quarantined this threat! nothing is further you would like to do!, when I say yeah dont make it happen, you screwed up, please restore the file, it says, sure, where will you you want me to bring back it? WTF?! You JUST deleted an essential file, how come I need to go search for where for the filesystem you deleted it from and let you know to put it back there?! Unbelievable. Ive been living with this particular off an on more than a year, and Ive just had enough. Again, it's just not that it deletes my files due to a false positive that I find so objectionable. Its who's makes it so incredibly painful to repair what it screwed up. Its just this type of shame, since this could have been so easily prevented.
