Well for starters, I d wish to thank the lovely folks who've kindly uploaded my old files to simscave along with other various places you re so kind and I can t thanks a lot enough!
I d also want to say to whoever the fuck it turned out who filed false copyright claims on my own files: congratulations, shipped to you. I am done. In the past I ve been hacked, had my domain registration compromised which took lots of jumping through hoops to mend, I ve been falsely accused of copying others work, and easily generally were required to put up many shit, all for the game. A game! It s ridiculous!
Well, as I say won by you. After this copyright claim business, I have got an email from mediafire that tells me that my account may be purged. So things are all gone. I can have my account back, sure, but the many files have ended.
Not only are my Sims files gone, but any work related, information that were on you'll find gone too. So yeah, thanks asshole.
So thanks a lot everyone else for each of the kind words of support and then for downloading all of my stuff in the past, however I am out, donesies, over it.

It s been a very long time coming blame ea for your! and I do hope I haven t raised expectations way too high, but anyway, right here is the updated St Claire!

The township, situated upon an estuary, lies the location where the Owaka and Catlin rivers meet. A wonderful destination for a fish, hike and relax, Pounawea is often a popular summer holiday spot, using its spectacular waterfalls, gorgeous views with the mountains, and friendly locals. In recent times, the idyllic town was chosen because site for the premier greens, with it came tourists and money, a really luxurious golf-club and fresh visitor centre. There are, however, a number of empty lots should you need to place your. There is not significant amounts of room for expansion these days, if you are sim wants the basic life, it is the world to suit your needs!
I was originally gonna pre-populate the entire world, but have since chosen to provide a save file instead, for people which populate the globe with their own sims. In the save game the earth is populated with 15 different families, which gives the location a starting population of 57 sims. There is really a diverse blend of sims, with various ages, genders, sexualities and ethnicities.

Hi everyone! As promised, right here is the long-awaited " new world " from me St Claire a completely featured, all EP small town/country/city world.
Please read and understand all the below regarding the world before installing, specifically before commenting about any issues you encounter. Click any image to look at a larger version, plus much more images.
Situated with a peninsula, St Claire has fantastic sea views in nearly all direction. There are 3 distinct areas define St Claire. Lets visit!
Bradford a tiny sleepy town, in which the founders of St Claire settled. Unfortunately since district expanded many in the old homes are already demolished, leaving a limited number historic properties within the main street and contains become more of an spa town. There are restaurants, spas, bookshops or a quaint small town theatre.
Stag Island is home on the farmers and beach dwelling folk of St Claire. There s the secluded Willow Bay, an ideal place for pre-dawn fishing; Fairview, the commercial hub of Stag Island, featuring bars, clubs and all sorts of manner of shops and park systems for sims to pay their days, including Oak Park where they have got lots of SimFests! The equestrian centres near Sunset Bay and Rapaki, with its long walking tracks and stunning views will likely be attractive for those horsey types!
For more urban Sims, Downtown is the spot to be. There are plenty of starter apartments within the slightly dilapidated but nevertheless pretty nice fringe suburb of Netherby, the ideal place for ambitious Sims to acquire their start. Downtown you will discover many clubs venues to create the night alight! There s many apartments, from super cheap basement apartments to SUPER expensive Kensington Brownstones Penthouses with waterfront views.

All gobos effects machines and blacklights in lots are reset when the earth or lot is exported. Kori, Lavar in addition to their daughter Anitra Teague are lifelong residents of St Claire. In recent times, the idyllic town was chosen because the site for the premier course, along with it came tourists in addition to their money, an incredibly luxurious golf-club and fresh visitor centre. Situated using a peninsula, St Claire has fantastic sea views in just about every direction. There are 3 distinct areas that comprise St Claire. Lets visit!
Bradford a tiny sleepy town, the place that the founders of St Claire settled. Unfortunately considering that the district expanded many in the old homes are actually demolished, leaving a limited number historic properties around the main street and has now become more of your spa town. You will observe that some houses are simply completely empty:P There are enough fully furnished ones though, that townies will come in and you ought to be spoiled for range of houses to relocate your sims into! We have the legal right to care about what we should spent our serious amounts of our money on. As consumers, after we dislike a different and improved product, whether washing liquid, or pasta sauce, or toilet roll etc, we can easily switch brands. But what the results are if the publisher of the favorite people simulator game creates a version and that is old and inferior and crashes every twenty minutes? We either pay for any product that is inadequate, and that could cost extra to get right via DLC, or we need to live without it. I find it extremely odd that anyone who loves The Sims even half as almost as much ast I do or did, would ever thank EA, not to mention defend them, for putting us in this position.
Of course you might just stick to The Sims 3. Easy to perform when you consider it in expansions, maybe Store content, even hardware to run the experience. But harder to complete when you consider that individuals are all individuals not Sims. Its hard to never feel like you are really missing out. The expectation and promise and publisher hype of your new game will move even by far the most cynical Sims fan to excitement, many of us probably envisaged investing countless future hours playing or creating because of this new game.
