I have experienced good results with previous versions of System Mechanic but because I installed Rel 14 it's been a disaster.
After installing Rel 14 I can will no longer run this software. It fails that has a program error and won't boot. I have been 6 weeks now talking to the Iolo Tech support with virtually no results. Tech Support Customer Service have the identical message - They have passed the problem to your System Developers and once they employ a fix I can be notified.
I have owned System Mechanic for quite a while with great results but the response from the Iolo company to this course error with a scale of 0 to 10 is - 30.
I asked if the masai have a back level of this course in their download file as well as the answer was no. They are completely useless in assisting resolve any issue.

Installing System Mechanic Professional destroyed my computer. It corrupted my registry. It deleted my Windows 7 restore points. I was struggling to access any one my files. Even though IOLO customer care acknowledged their software was in charge of rendering my computer useless, they claimed the masai have a clause of their license agreement that hold them harmless for just about any damage brought on by their software.
