Excellent review, you told it the way in which I see it too. This latest version hogs up a whole lot bandwidth that while it's on it is close to impossible to see netflix movies when needed without the video being choppy, the earlier version never caused any problems but this newest version sucks system resources in a major way. And you happen to be right, the moderators in the so called help forum is not going to allow newbies to post and inquire questions, so forget that option! I have been a zonelabs fan for decade but now its time for any change, they've already took a superb program and bloated it and created it a resource hogging bit of junk. You get no support due to this program. My DSL speed is 1.5mb download 256k upload and I am able to look at streaming videos on netflix without the need of troubles given that this software is shut down totally. Win XP sp3 2gigs ram.

How different to Symantec! They couldnt are more helpful whenever they tried. I had used all of my 3 activations of NIS 2012, but once I rebuilt my PC, it merely was an IM away from the techie to reset my account. I was reactivated for the rebuilt PC within ten minutes. 10/10 to Symantec.
