That was pretty useless. The point is to analyze the PRODUCT, not government entities.
Doesnt edit standard industry electronic products codecs, like MP4 or MOV a few. Basically you can employ a WMV, MPG, MP2 or AVI clip or you may suck it.
Adding a title screen or subtitles is frustrating in case you have a certain idea in your mind.
No options to add the harder widely used codecs.
I wouldnt recommend this method unless you happen to be actually capturing the recording with movie maker.
