I have gotten my defender for approx 16 months using a 2 year contract after approx 21 days I pulled it from my pocket plus the screen was cracked!!! I got in contact with global comms who supplied it and in addition they said I must have hit it using a pointed object at high impact! It was only during my pocket!!!
