I reached this rating by trying other solutions that simply did not work.
I started movie editing with Pinnacle and it also was ok; they'll likely were bought by AVID.
AVID reworked it and produced an excellent product; but within a few months figured out coping with consumer editors has not been something they wished to do. They sold to Corel.
I agreed with a lot of people that picking Corel has not been something I was ready to tolerate; I would not use Corel when it were free.
Most reviewers said to never buy the Sony as it was an excessive amount of learning curve.
What I like around the Sony package is; however the learning curve might be a little more steep, the understanding curve meets your needs on. It makes sense also it works.
I also tried the Adobe Premiere package and was more disappointed with this than I have ever been which has a software package; crash city, the sole thing I could depend on when I booted the applications are it would lock up.
It isn't going to try to generate all the decisions available for you, it doesn't try to assume it knows much more about what you want than you; you make decisions and provide the commands then it works available for you; it functions.
I like the idea from the separate programs for that different aspects of production.
A music production program.
A disc authoring program.
Each program does its thing;
I would recommend this package to anyone seeking to get above the click it and accept it video editing but do not possess a ton of money to throw-away.

I love the product, easy to utilize and so powerful.
Sony Movie Studio 13 is okay if all you want would be to do really easy editing. Having originated from an early version of Pinnacle Studio I was disappointed.
I simply cant afford any in the higher-end editing programs, for instance Adobe Premiere Pro or subscribe towards the cloud. Read more
