Speaking for myself, I always apply Corels Service Packs when they have been out for the couple of weeks Corel has pulled an update before, then re-uploaded it a couple of days later; easier to wait a few moments, methinks.

When I run the Control Panel for update manager, I get an email that there are no updates for virtually every of Update Manager itself, WPO12, and CorelDraw 12.
