I am not new at all to computers. I am accustomed to fixing many different types of software problems in Windows. This is not an uncomplicated product to setup on a Windows XP system, especially after it has become upgraded to SP2. If you are hoping to simply install this supplement, reboot your personal machine, you need to faxing, you is going to be sorely disappointed. Despite warnings in numerous other reviews, I purchased v10.03 for usage on my Windows XP system with SP2. While I surely could eventually get it installed and running, it slowed my computers reboot time for it to a crawl and trashed my scanner software. It took many hours to get the majority of things working again.
