hi, ive followed the steps described to produce the recovery disk and completed that and not using a problem. however put the disk to the drive and restarted the computer and after that this is how are you affected:

regarding my previous entry i've got the reason why the screen usually go blank.
it is almost certainly the hardrives control board which is not working.
in this little computer the disc spins within the hardrive but no data is competent to be read away from the hardrive.
i realize the issue is not with every other components with the computer because using another hardrive and installing windows about it again, the computer runs perfectly.
soulution on the problem is either buy the same hardrive and swap the control board to help you retrieve your data after which if you got warranty send back your hardrive after swaping the control boards once again.
should you have not got warranty then after retrieving data swap control boards over and use the newest hardrive.
second solution could be to send the hardrive on the manafacturer if it's still under warranty and they'll replace you using a new one.
