Better security, User interface good even without Aero. Better speed then with Vista Premium. This runs also for me with a Dell E510 Dimension using a P4 and 2GB Ram since it did with XP Pro. I really would not need Media Center nor did I want Aero effects which I have found develop a slowing effect to the system. To me Premium and ultimate has finished kill unless your doing Media projects with your pc.

I am very upset because I specifically ordered the USB version so I would not should make my personal boot up usb.
