I do believe Microsoft, of their zest to enhance Vista, they've already released a head unit destroyer as opposed to a service pack. I know it destroyed my Dell XPS. I had all of the disks to reformat hard drive and re-install Vista or Id happen to be up the creek without having a paddle as we say. Blue screen which in fact had no fix whatsoever. SP1 crashed my laptop, may not boot in any way. Im an MCSE, but I still cannot recover it. I used the recovery menu command prompt to repeat any files I didnt have copied onto a USB drive, before I rebuilt my laptop. Use with caution.
