I made the recovery disks both 32 and 64 bit because I don t know which version I have but laptop computer won t boot from your CD. Okay i ve actually used the discs from your manufacturer HP and followed each of their steps. The PC efforts to re-boot but just carries a blank screen, the instructions i became given said to get out and not touch it which it could take around 2 hours to mend itself, well that has been 12 hours ago i really don t know how to handle it. I click that button plus it takes me in a directory where i have to search for any setup information file????? totally lost now.

Okay i was attempting to uninstall Adobe CS3 Master Suite from my computer. I have windows Vista home premium 32Bit, so when i pressed finish and restart my computer restarted but if it tried to go to your log in menu it just turn off completely. So i turned it back on and it also told me to own start up repair so used to do and again it just turned off. So the next occasion the same menu popped up i simply started laptop computer normally and while i lil bit it will take me back on the same menu! I need to be persistent to have the capacity to finally get my computer to ok, i'll log on of course, if I am luck you will need 5 tries. But the weird thing is always that whenever I finally manage to sign on everything seems fine! The problem happens anytime i turn my computer on! Hello Guys, my vista isn t working like previously. it is so slow just now and i've done all in relation to optimisation. recently it says it wouldn't recognise any audio device. I suspect it will be the sound card bearing in mind it lost one for reds of its sound output on one of their speakers some time ago finally, there s none.
