There are tweaks which may have made this really hit must have.
I had WMP9 a long time ago and really liked it then, however it needed being tweaked occasionally. When WMP10 arrived on the scene, I transferred to it convinced that WMP10 had the many tweaks I knew should be done. WMP10 was obviously a throw out the infant WMP9with the bathtub water change but I saddled with it. Then came WMP11 and I moved up seeking satisfaction, but only found aggravation. Well I finally got WMP9 focusing on both Windows 8 and Windows 8 I have Windows 8 32 bit and my Windows 7 can also be 32 bit. I succesfully installed WMP9 having looked at a You Tube video about how exactly to do it. You have to edit the install and thus Windows thinks that you are installing a more recent version of Media player on the one you currently have. Then install in Program Compatibility mode for Windows XP. And its working and taking care of Windows 8 Pro where I never even though it would! WMP9 is often a better looking plater that WMP11c or 12 even so the only drawback would it be wont play flv files. Stil its focusing on Windows 8 and so will be the taskbar toolbar and visualizations. But keep an eye out if you are making use of it on Windows XP as Windows Update will update it to WMP11 in case you have automatic updates enabled.

Not biggest reason so many. Except the hidden menus knowning that live streaming is disabled automagically. Not a fan on the Library idea either.
There are near least fifteen songs on my own computer, yes, theyre inside my Music Library with my other songs that WMP cant see naturally. If I double-click the song from Windoes Explorer, WMP plays it simply fine. But if I open WMP and try to locate the song, the gamer comes back broke and alone.
You cant convey a song into a playlist should the program cant see it naturally.

My HP all within a is equipped with a dual core processor that typically operates within 2.6GHZ pace; however, using this type of media player running, even only within the background, I experience heavy delays in running another program, plus it causes my computer to operate beneath a 1.6GHZ pace. And although it can be pretty as well as its menu is not hard to navigate, it'll cause many applications like web browser and microsoft 'office', to suddenly freeze up and go unresponsive, for the point where you've to restart this course. I found this experience to get highly frustrating, thus I have 3.5 stars. If Microsoft can improve its cpu usage and invite for a more at ease cohesiveness along with other running programs, Windows media player will probably be my top media player and I will uninstall iTunes immediately.
