There are videos, tutorials, three manuals, and lessons posted on our website inside Documentation section. The manuals accessed through the Help menu. It should not take four hours to figure out the way to do positive and negative adjustments on your stock. All functions are inside Inventory menu looking at your eyes. Sorry so it was a hardship on you to discover.
Many useful features, great phone and email support for licensed users we've got recently obtained a license after deploying it for free to get a year. Without the license, we used their forum. It was alright too.

Found it was not very user-friendly. Lack some on the simpler method for trying to regulate inventory. Needed sales quote then sales order to cut back inventory and in addition po instructed to receive inventory. Needed lots of time to find short cuts

No, no require a sales quote to produce a sales order. To create a sales order, navigate to the Orders menu tab, Sales and Shipping/Order Detail and click on the Yellow Plus Sign button.
No, it won't require a sales order to lessen your inventory. To quickly adjust your inventory down, see a Inventory menu, Direct Issue.

I have download both inventory systems from cNet. The ABC has more functions associated with production, and AID might be more for buying, selling, and product distribution, I find both Almyta products very beneficial. Also free license won't hurt by any means.
Some fuctions that I been in mind wasn't available, but those are extremely specific for me on anoher hand. But I am an optiminst and anticipate to have them free of charge inside the future.
I recommend many just for trying or use. One package include a full blown accounting module, customer/supplier returns. another contains Work Orders, Bill of Materials. Both packages support barcodes, serial numbers, expiration dates.
I find miracle traffic bot very helpful. I can scan barcodes with it and print barcoded labels and packing slips.

I have obtained a multi-user upgrade. Runs adequately on the network. This software is just not for single guy/gal business.
