AI for DoTA 6.69. Updated making sure that a lot on the AI bugs and exploits are already fixed. This is probably the past updated and final version of DoTA. Slark calls upon deities in the swamps to seal a dark pact. Sacrificing some of his lifeblood, Slark is redeemed of most negative effects. After 2 seconds, a dark wave of destruction emits through the Nightcrawler, dealing problems for himself along with all nearby enemies.

Surges directly forward and latches onto the first enemy he hits, binding it with chains of darkness. The enemy struggles to move more than 275 distance away from your point of impact for 3.5 seconds.
Note: Moves forward inside direction it's looking, it's not a target position cast.
Reciting ancient Nightcrawler incantations, Slark enchants his blade to steal the energy and courage from his enemies. Every time Slark hits an enemy hero, he steals 1 point all attributes and 1 additional through the main attribute of this enemy hero while Slark gains 4 points of Agility.
Has a lively and a passive portion.
Covers himself having a dark smoke, he becomes invisible and doesn't reveal himself while attacking or casting spells for 5.5 seconds.
Passively increases Nightcrawlers movement speed and regeneration when he or she is out of sight of hostile units. Has a 0.7 delay when activated or deactivated.
Active duration: 5.5 seconds
The Apparition curses his foes with The Frozen Mark that will freeze enemies down. Unless target enemy moves a minimum of 740 away from your mark within 4 seconds he or she is frozen still.
Damage per second: 37.5/50/62.5/75
Stun duration if triggered: 1.25/2/2.75/3.5
Note: Target takes damage per second until he's stunned or moves beyond range.
Gathers ancient frost energy into an area to create a small, immobile ice vortex with a location. Whenever enemies are near it, their movement speed and magical resistance are reduced.
Releases a gust of cold wind in a target area, enchanting allied heroes with bonus magical damage on their own attacks. Lasts for a fixed number of attacks up to your maximum of 40 seconds. While the enchanted heroes have this chilling touch, their attack speed is reduced by 15%.
Note: Damage only triggers on enemy heroes, not creeps.

Hey guys pach 1.21b for warcraft III Release!!!, Blizzard issued out of the awaited patch 1.21b allowing players to experience the game without worrying about requirement of its CD loaded for the CD-Drive!
The game don't requires the CD to try out.
Player is now able to view frames per second while using the /fps chat command.
Fixed an accident that could occur using the Frost Breath ability.
Fixed an accident that could occur in multiplayer games.
Fixed an exploit which could happen in multiplayer games.
Important Note on Patching for Mac Players: The file layout inside the sport folder is changed significantly by Patch 1.21. As a result, in order being able to install the Frozen Throne expansion from CD, you have to install Reign of Chaos first, then install Frozen Throne from CD, and after that patch to version 1.21, because order. If you patch to v1.21 and after that attempt to install Frozen Throne from then on, it's going to not install correctly.

I m wanting to patch 124d. I tried reinstalling. Tried to try and do a many solutions already. however nothing I have win 7. Trying to patch 124d. Help please. Keep on getting precisely the same error repeatedly:
