Hi. Im having huge problems. Even trying to login to the site a mistake flashed that I wasnt authorized. Last night looking to loggoff here a popup occurred this is how it gets weird. The popup would have been a cartoon after some guy for a desk plus the lights sought out. All you could see was his eyes, create turned on a flashlight, looked around colliding with a big red button about the wall. Then a website popped up because same window as soon as the cartoon was finished. I did Not select that website address and sadly I didnt record either. But, About 2 weeks ago my Battlenet game client loading screen wouldn't load the standard mini browser which could direct that you the website. Instead, it turned out frozen with this particular msg: Oh no, we couldnt find might know about wanted to provide you with! some weird characters inserted such as a phrase Well keep looking. Check back later! Im looking to think back to a month or more ago and I will often have clicked on You need to update the Adobe Flash I do not recall which site I was on. For the last few days Blizzard has been seeking to lead me through the main things to do, nevertheless its not working so now I am. I go in Utube alot.
So, I had PC Matic on. I uninstalled it. I uninstalled Adobe Flash, and battlenet. I went into %ProgramData% and deleted all Battlenet and Blizzard folders. I emptied the trash, the turned laptop off and turned it back on. I then updated each one of my windows files, every one of them, optional and important. I had to reboot more than once. I then d/l and ran Rkill. Then d/l and ran Malwarebytes. Then Adwcleaner. Adwcleaner did find 2 what to take care of. I reinstalled battlenet as well as the screen with code and msg continues. I have this whole process again and also got rid of IE and instead installed Firefox to use as my browser. Screwy window in Battlenet continues. So worrisome also as a result of my bank sites Ive logged into. Im not sure what is happening. If now you may help Id regards. Im attaching a screen print with the battlenet screen so it is possible to see what Im dealing with with the code. Thank you for any help you'll be able to provide. I am glad all of you made this forum.
