IE and software Update started and worked quite quickly. Windows Explorer opened in approximately 5 seconds using a 2.4GHz macBook. Word opened rolling around in its normal lethargic rate. Overall seems slightly faster.
Fusion excels on USB connections. In cases where Windows-only applications are expected to control USB-connected machines on the Mac, only Fusion works without having a hitch. Other alternatives like Parallels just cannot deliver on such scenario, crashing and losing the USB connection with all the machine all some time.

I bought VM Ware Fusion 1 after which upgraded to VM Fusion 2. The initial version worked fine and was most beneficial.
As soon as I upgraded to Fusion 2, I received a notice of failure in order to connect peer process. I have been completely unsuccessful at correcting the issue; so I cannot use my virtual machine.
I have attempted to get assistance from Smith Micro and from VM Ware. Smith says they are unable to help because I bought the upgrade through Amazon. VM Ware provides you with in every direction but one that gives assistance for the non technician. It is extremely hard to speak into a human being at VM Ware unless I register and pay money for support, while I have just purchased principle and upgraded program.
