This is really a great program. I have never felt better and I lost about 15 lbs. Most from the recipes were delicious yet not all were simple to make. Be prepared to perform a large amount of prep work from the kitchen.
This isnt a fairly easy program. It will challenge you mentally and physically. I would recommend starting with a Thursday because Day 3 and 4 include the hardest as your whole body goes with the detox phase. Use the weekend to rest and relax. Once you get past you will continue to feel great. I noticed I wasnt punching the snooze button anymore and I a lot of energy throughout the day.
