My system can be a P4 2.5GHz w/a dedicated 200GB drive for capture. Same useless advice from Ulead tech help, which, because of the way, will be the worst tech help Ive been able to. No callbacks, no reply to emails, poor advice, absence of concern on the part, etc.
Solution would be to reload VS7 on the system. You can have multiple versions of VS on your own system without problems, I have 6, 7, and 8 loaded. Workaround should be to record in DV and transcode later.
