I downloaded, set it up, together with the serial that may be on the site, i entered the code and it also says the code is expired, cluck to acquire a new one. i acquired a another one. along with the serial is just not good, please reinstal.
Looks a lot like AutoCAD in the beginning. The price meets your needs. The online prices are 149, but I just purchased from Staples today for 89. Seems to be for constructing drawings over completely from scratch. Be sure that you are running v12.2. If you've got 12.0 or 12.1, update it on the companys website.
It DOES NOT open or import/extract data from AutoCAD 2007 DWGs. It also may not open or extract information from AutoCAD 2007 DWGs which are translated to 2004, 2000, or R14 by Autodesks DWG TrueConvert. This was allowed to be a way to view and do minor edits to DWG files when my normal CAD operator was busy or struggle to be reached. I have emailed TurboCAD support and can update my review when able to assist me. Until then, I cannot recommend this method if you intend to work with it alongside AutoCAD.
Oh, and it also seems to load and manage a little slow over a 2.4 GHz P4, XP Pro, w/704 MB RAM.
