Believe it you aren't, this blog is a lot better than the original Tonka Mighty Dump Truck. I had already bought the kids one in the classic Tonka Mighty Dump Trucks like I had like a boy. The youngest was tearing around by using it in the sand box, throughout the drive, everywhere, basically like I had. I didnt prefer to buy this new bigger one, I was just planning on buying the Road Grader and Quarry Truck Pack. By a stroke of fortune a shop was giving that pack away on this new Toughest Mighty Truck for around the same price, so I figured, Wow, free truck! and plopped it from the cart. Turns out it would have been definitely worth it regardless.
I had seen this newer monster sized version, but wasnt sure things to make of it. This one is well planned, and Tonka really did improve around the existing design. The larger, wider size makes it best of all for toddlers to push around as soon as their legs go. It has fewer angled corners so wipeouts are more unlikely to draw blood/raise a lump compared to older ones. The new handle in the top with the dump is fantastic for dragging in and out with the sand box, storage box, etc. The open cab works more effectively for some construction action figures if you possibly could find them. Fits great inside a 6x6 sandbox and would do well in the 4x4. On top from the functionality, in such a way it looks similar to the newer more massive real world loaders in service now.
The only potential negative is that it can be so large that it really is probably overwhelming in small sandboxes. This also signifies that even high lifting loader toys may have trouble dumping in to the bed without having a ramp or possibly a bit of air time. Hasnt slowed my toddlers down yet, though.

We bought this for that 16 month old sons Christmas present, after much deliberation. We bought this truck, as an alternative to a softer, all plastic one for a number of reasons.
The metalsteel? bed has rolled edges, and incredibly few corners. Its coated with a few kind of enamel, thus it should last awhile.
The rest in the truck consists of some type of really heavy plastic; I cant make a child having the capacity to break it whenever they tried. The tippy part in the bed is suspended on top of the truck, to exit about an inch of space, so that it is almost impossible to pinch little fingers. Its adequate enough for my almost three years old to sit in, and I can hardly loose time waiting for Christmas!
This truck deserves 5 stars with the durability alone! I bought this for my then 2 years old twin girls for Christmas because I remember tinkering with my brothers Tonka trucks and the way much fun these folks were. There are so many uses which provides a child unlimited imagination correctly. The girls especially love playing in their sandbox by it and squeeze rocks that are around the natural hill individuals backyard and transport the crooks to the rock quarry - a legitimate rock garden. And may I also add it is kept outside inside the backyard, yes, outside from the rain and everything 24/7 with the last 4 mo. now, plus it still looks new! Great investment!
Just got this for my little guy - hes 28 months. Wish Id purchased it a long time ago! Its adequate for kids to run behind it and push, and sturdy enough to consider being rammed into walls, doors, kitchen Little dude just wants to load it and push it around. Simple, classic, sturdy fun for little boys - probably area, too. My brother had big Tonkas when I was little and I remember tinkering with them myself. We would take a seat on them and ride across the street we lived in the top of an hill - this version looks in the same way study because ones we'd.

My son has this toy and it's wonderful! He plays along with it indoors and outdoors and is particularly very creative in their play when playing with this particular toy. I wanted to obtain one being a gift for any nephew and may even not believe what it can be retailing for on Amazon. It retails inside store from 20-30. I think the price is OUTRAGEOUS! Why would anyone pay 90-200 because of this toy? The suggested retail price around the Hasbro website is 29.00. I offer the toy 5 stars, but sometimes not rate it as well due to the price.
We bought this truck for the 1 years old son yesterday. He loves it. He has been pushing it around right through the day. It is very durable and my future grandchildren will probaly play on this. It is totaly really worth money. Plus it's big enough that one could put your little one in it and push it around. With adult supervision only. I am also planning to use this for my sons second house party, I am gonna put the cake inside the back of it because it really is a construction theme.
We bought this truck years ago around 20. It is still ticking after 4 years staying outside inside Florida sun, rain, storms, and my son. I got this for my son when he only agreed to be over 3. He loved it through the minute he found it. He fills it operating kinds of things and now we take it everywhere along with us. Especially the park. This truck has stood within the the toughest, roughest boy play I could imagine, and in some cases some I couldnt imagine until I saw. It has survived rain, mulch, sand, your backyard hose, rocks and in some cases a 45 pound kid riding along the driveway in the dumper. I cant make a better toy for the young boy. I am getting one for my 2 yr old this Christmas so he is able to have a big boy truck like his brother.
