Their customer support is horrible at the same time, and wouldn't help. They wait you out of trouble until marketing agreement expires.

Since 11.1 it's had a consistent bug that locks up my Mac and forces me to reboot. Flawless until version 11.1. The Conversion options especially useful.
Update 11.1 had installation issues were forced to dump previous preferences, etc. to be able to install the update. Even after finding the installation to be effective, the app locked up at the end on the burn cycle, frozen solid. This kept happening repeatedly.
Normally a 5 star app, I give this version one star a result of the cons on this update. I have now reverted returning to version 11.0.4. I hope Roxio fixes these bugs, because Ive used this app for quite a while and as it much greater than Apples basic disc burn.
